By accessing or using PropertyMedia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
PropertyMedia provides real estate photography, videography, drone services, and 3D floor plan services through our online platform. We connect property professionals with media production services.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Fees for services are as described on our pricing page. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
You retain ownership of your property listings and content. We retain ownership of our photography, video, and media production work. You receive a perpetual marketing license for media delivered for your listings.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full.
PropertyMedia's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
