1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Opsable, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Opsable is online business management software. Businesses use it to manage clients, contacts, jobs, quotes, invoices, payments, teams, rosters, files, marketing and leads, with an AI assistant, and to connect their own accounts such as email, accounting and social media.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Fees for services are as described on our pricing page. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property and Protection of Opsable

You retain ownership of your property listings and content. We retain ownership of our photography, video, and media production work. You receive a perpetual marketing license for media delivered for your listings.

Opsable — including its software, source code, design, features, workflows, text, user guide, AI prompts and the name and logo “Opsable” — belongs to us and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Opsable for your own business while your account is active. It does not transfer any ownership to you.

You must not, and must not let anyone else:

  • copy, reproduce, modify, translate or create works based on Opsable or any part of it;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise try to work out Opsable’s source code, structure or underlying logic, except to the extent the law expressly allows despite this restriction;
  • use Opsable, or any screenshots, recordings, exports, documentation or other material from it, to design, build, train or improve a competing product or service — including by giving that material to an artificial intelligence tool;
  • scrape, crawl or extract data or content from Opsable using bots, scripts or other automated means, other than through features and APIs we provide for that purpose;
  • resell, sublicense, rent or provide Opsable to third parties as a service, or remove or change any notices of our ownership;
  • access Opsable to benchmark it or monitor its features or performance for a competing purpose.

If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account immediately and take legal action, including seeking an injunction and damages. Your own data stays yours, and you may export it at any time.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled shoot receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% fee. No-shows are charged in full.

7. Limitation of Liability

Opsable's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
